By accessing or using the Zuno platform at zuno.llc (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Zuno reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Zuno provides an online ordering platform that enables food trailer and food truck operators ("Merchants") to receive orders from customers ("Customers") online. Zuno is a technology platform and is not a food service provider, restaurant, or food delivery service.
Merchants must create an account to use the dashboard features. You are responsible for:
Merchants using Zuno agree to:
Customers pay the full order total at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. under their Terms of Service. Zuno does not store payment card information.
Merchants are responsible for any applicable taxes on transactions conducted through the platform. Zuno may charge service fees as disclosed at the time of subscription or use.
Refund policies are determined by individual Merchants. Customers should contact the Merchant directly for refund requests. Zuno is not responsible for Merchant refund decisions but may facilitate dispute resolution.
In cases of verified fraud or technical errors, Zuno may issue refunds at its discretion.

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional text messages related to your orders (confirmations, status updates). You may opt out by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply. Zuno does not use SMS for marketing without explicit consent.
The Zuno name, logo, and platform are owned by Zuno and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use Zuno branding without written permission.
Merchants retain ownership of their menu content, photos, and business information uploaded to the platform.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ZUNO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZUNO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. ZUNO'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold Zuno harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Zuno may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account by contacting support@zuno.llc.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
